1. What is your screenplay about?
My screenplay is loosely based on a TRUE STORY about the lives of Transgenders and or transsexuals who live secret lives and most times suffer tremendous abuses at home and or at work. This screenplay should be made into a movie because I am an advocate for transgender and transsexual. They are humans and they have suffered tremendous trauma most times from their childhood into teenage and adulthood. It is wrong what they are subjected to. In writing this Screenplay, I interviewed several transgenders and their stories are HORRIFIC! Simple INHUMANE, an Justice and certainly the CRYING PAIN.
4. How would you describe this script in two words?
I would describe this script in two words: REDEMPTIVE and MOTIVATING.

8. What is your favorite song? (Or, what song have you listened to the most times in your life?)
I have so many favorite songs depending on my mood but the song I have listened to the most times in my life is “YOU ROCK MY WORLD” by Michael Jackson
9. What obstacles did you face to finish this screenplay?
The obstacles I did face to finish this screenplay were with a professor in my Master’s Program and peers/classmates. They were not empathic to the content of my script. Some refused to comment/ give feedbacks, which was crucial to a writer and I was advised to changed my script and my my character a female and not a transgender. I was told that America, the film industry was not ready nor would not accept a Corporate Lawyer being married to a transgender. I really didn’t get much support but because it is based off a TRUE STORY and during my era as a fashion model, my best friend in IBIZA, Spain is a Transgender. So I felt compelled to tell her story as I promised her in summer 1991 when we met.
10. Apart from writing, what else are you passionate about?
Apart from writing, I am passionate about traveling, fashion, shopping, watching movies, exercising/my health, Eating well and being a Mommy, Love and Romance and Sex with a Mr. Right.
11. You entered your screenplay via FilmFreeway. What has been your experiences working with the submission platform site?
My experiences working with the submission platform site via FilmFreeway for my screenplay has been easy and informative. I discovered so many different film Festivals and got several recognitions and valuable feedback for my work from the submission process.
12. What influenced you to enter the festival? What were your feelings on the initial feedback you received?
My determination to get my screenplay sold and developed into a movie is the driving force that influenced me to enter the festival. It is extremely hard to get proper representation and an Agent to solicit my screenplay to Producers, so I felt it was best to enter the Film Festival to get feedback. My feelings on the initial feedback I received are constructive and excellent for my growth as a screenwriter. I am grateful for all the opportunities because I now know that I got a good one and only a matter of time, I will be paid for my hard labor.
