Matthew: What is the theme of your poem?

Lacie: Divine romance, love.

Matthew: How would you like people to respond when they read or watch your poetry reading?

Lacie: I hope that people will feel a connection, that they are not
alone. I hope they will see how fear can be walked through with
stillness and intention.

Matthew: How long have you been writing poetry?

Lacie: I’ve been writing poetry since 1997.

Matthew: Do you have a favorite poet?

Lacie: Right now my favorite poet is Shane Koyczan.
