An advertising associate from Los Angeles, is about to embark on a most desired promotion when she is asked to accompany some very special clients in New York for a Sunday brunch. She celebrates her promotion on a Saturday night, forgets to set her clocks ahead for daylight savings time, misses her flight, loses her job and starts a process of soul searching, metamorphic events that change her life for the better.

3. Why should this screenplay be made into a movie?
In these times, there are a lot of us out there soul searching to find our true selves and what resonates with us. However, most of us are doing what we can do to just survive. It’s really hard to let go of what we know and venture out there to do what we love. This movie hopefully will help a lot of people who are unhappy with what they are doing and maybe go outside of their box to do what they love. It’s difficult and risky, but rewarding.

I wrote it in my sister’s garage with barely any ventilation and a plethora of spiders.

12. What influenced you to enter the festival? What were your feelings
on the initial feedback you received?
.I believed my screenplay was good enough to enter. My feelings were of shock because it was quite awhile since I submitted it, so I thought perhaps it was a no go. Pleasantly surprised
